We Proudly Support
The Smith Family

The Smith Family is an independent, national organisation that supports Australian in need to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves. Their mission is to create opportunities for young Australians by providing long-term support for their participation in education.
Right now one in ten Aussie kids are living in disadvantage and are unable to access the same educational, health or life opportunities that many of us enjoy and often take for granted.
The Smith Family works in 97 Australian communities and in the last year our work reached more than 117,000 disadvantaged children and families across Australia.
Our support is called Learning for Life and it gives disadvantaged Australian children and young people the assistance they need, both financial and personal, to develop vital life skills, stay engaged in their education and have the best chance to realise their potential. It supports disadvantaged kids from pre-school and early childhood settings, as well as students all the way through their education, from primary school, to senior school, and on to tertiary studies if they choose.
Konica Minolta and employees support The Smith Family through:
- Workplace giving
- Volunteering
- Donating toys and books at Christmas to help spread joy to all Aussie kids living in need

Breast Cancer Network Australia

This year it is estimated that 14,000 women in Australia will be diagnosed with breast cancer, making it the most common cancer for women.
Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is the peak national organisation for Australians affected by breast cancer, and consists of a network of more than 65,000 individual members and over 300 Member Groups.
BCNA works to ensure that women diagnosed with breast cancer, and their families, receive the very best information, treatment, care and support possible. It is represented by the Pink Lady silhouette, symbolic of its focus on the woman diagnosed with breast cancer and all those around her.
Some of the key ways in which BCNA helps are through: information packs written by women for women, including the My Journey Kit for women with early breast cancer, and the Hope & Hurdles Pack for women with secondary breast cancer; The Beacon and The Inside Story – free quarterly magazines, including stories from women and articles about the latest breast cancer treatment, research, care and support; information forums – bringing women together and focusing on the latest breast cancer advances and key issues for women; leading campaigns on key breast cancer issues; the Online Network at www.bcna.org.au – connecting Australians affected by breast cancer.

Landcare Australia

Landcare Australia Limited is a non-political, uniquely Australian partnership between the community, government and business to protect and repair Australia’s magnificent, yet stressed, natural resources.
The Landcare movement is made up of approximately 4,000 Landcare and 2,000 Coastcare volunteer groups that work on environmental projects in their local communities.
The groups that fall under the Landcare umbrella are varied in nature and don’t necessarily include Landcare in their names, including Productive farming groups, ‘Friends of’, Bushcare, Coastcare, Rivercare, and Dunecare.
Landcare also include farmers embracing sustainable farm management, Indigenous traditional land managers sharing their knowledge with the wider community and any community group that partakes in volunteer environmental activities.
Here is how the volunteers get involved: repair urban creeks and bushland, remove and control weeds and feral animals, litter removal, plant native trees, shrubs and grasses, re-vegetate land affected by salinity and erosion, connect green corridors in urban areas to bring back biodiversity, soil conservation, monitor water quality in our rivers and streams, wildlife rescue, rehabilitate wetlands, assist land owners to adapt to climate change with long term planning for farms and their properties, share Indigenous land management knowledge, rehabilitate overgrazed pastures, respond to natural disasters, educate our community including children about conservation of their landscape and many other natural resource management activities.
Our staff join Landcare volunteers in these activities.
