Our contact centre, based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, provides swift access to highly trained personnel as well as fast, efficient logging of consumable orders. Operating 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday, our contact centre agents and skilled helpdesk staff will ensure all your service and support requirements are met.
In metro areas our Service Engineers provide field support 8:30am – 4:30pm for Office products and 7:00am – 7:00pm support for Production equipment Monday to Friday. In regional areas our extensive Dealer network ensures rapid response to any support requirements you may have.
