Customer Service Coordinator - New South Wales

Reporting to the State Operations Manager NSW this role is primarily responsible for reviewing and approving all sales contracts, maintaining a sales register as well as assisting with the co-ordination of a smooth, timely product delivery and installation process.  Other responsibilities may include; monitoring consignment stock, branch inventory control, inventory data maintenance, stocktake.  In addition, this role provides administrative support to the Branch Management team, as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and approving sales contracts to ensure sales orders received are within Company Policy and procedural guidelines
  • Maintain the sales Register
  • Monitor and Control consignment stock
  • Process inventory movements and manage stock/inventory as required or directed in SAP
  • Providing first rate customer service to all areas on the business internally and externally

You are an experienced administrator with a strong customer service focus and have a solid knowledge of our industry. You are highly organised and skilled in executing your daily work according to policies and procedures. A strong attention to detail, a positive and supportive attitude and the flexibility to lend a helping hand within your team to deliver excellent customer service will help you succeed in this role. National Manager Bids & Client Services - New South Wales

Konica Minolta’s Head Office is seeking to fill the key position of National Manager, Bids & Client Services Reporting to the Head Of Government & Education Sales, Bids & Client Services. This role will be responsible for managing the end to end process of bids, contract negotiation, execution and the ongoing delivery of customer’s contractual requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage The Bid Team

  • Ensure bids are submitted on time, with a high level of quality, accuracy and are representative of a service we can deliver
  • Ensure all processes are followed and approvals are made in a timely manner, including but not limited to managing price approvals for non- standard pricing and approval for non-standard terms
  • Ensure winning bids are handed over to the delivery teams successfully

Client Services Management

  • Ensure solutions are implemented and delivered in accordance with SLAs, measured by a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
  • SLA Management and Reporting- working with the Client Services Manager to develop SLA reporting and manage third party suppliers and sub-contractors

Other

  • Development, coaching and mentoring and setting of KPIs for 4 direct reports

To be qualified for this positions, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

  • Strong bid management experience responding to large government and commercial tenders
  • Management of large, complex account, managing SLAs and ongoing contract management and reporting
  • Strong people management and development experience
  • Process experience developing process improvement and managing change
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, negotiating contracts with internal and external stakeholders
  • Impeccable communication, analytical and process management skills
  • Outstanding influencing sills, with proven success driving performance in cross functional teams
  • High personal integrity, maturity and resilience
  • High level competence in MS Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project, bid  library/SharePoint  Experience.

State Service Manager, Production Printing - New South Wales

As another step in the enhancement of our service commitment in the Production Printing (PP) market, we have established a Service Manager position specifically focusing on PP for NSW.  Expressions of interest are sought for this key position.  

Reporting to the State Manager and functionally to the National Service Manager, Production Printing, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for driving exceptional customer service outcomes and profitable service delivery.  A key aspect of this will be to lead and develop the team of field-based Production Service Engineers (PSEs).

Other core responsibilities include:

  • Being proactive in developing and maintaining excellent customer relations – spending time with customers
  • Establishing performance expectations for the service delivery in consultation with the national Production Printing service strategy and local customer service levels
  • Ensuring PP service commitments are met (including call response times, re-call rates, return visit %, PSE utilisation %, spare parts usage, field capability etc.)
  • Overseeing the competency and personal development plans for all PSEs under management and contributing actively to the ongoing review of the competency matrix for PSEs.
  • Actively monitoring and managing the PP Service budget for NSW in line with target GP%, capital expenditure and other operating costs. 
  • Reviewing PP service contracts at least annually and determining service pricing changes in line with Company policy parameters.
  • Working closely with the State Manager and National Service Manager, PP to improve the overall performance of the team and implement new initiatives.
  • Monitoring market service benchmarks and customer feedback (formal and informal) and making appropriate recommendations for action to improve PP service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a progressive career to service management level within the production print industry, as well as highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills and a strong management skill set. 

In addition, the candidate will be able to demonstrate ability to:

  • Establish and maintain productive and practical relationships with customers, employees, colleagues and senior managers.
  • Represent the Company with credibility, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
  • Effectively and responsibly manage a budget with a view to profitable service delivery.
  • Proficiently manage and develop a field service force in line with service level commitments.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant field will be highly regarded.

Field Service Engineers - New South Wales

Konica Minolta New South Wales Office is currently looking to fill the position of Field Service Engineers. We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who will provide service to our Business Equipment Customers.

As a member of our New South Wales Service Team reporting to the local Service Manager you will ensure customer satisfaction through on site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment.

Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers are essential attributes for the position. A keen desire to learn and apply new skills will be encouraged in the Konica Minolta environment that fosters continuous employee development. Product training will be provided.

Experience in equipment service is essential, preferably in the service of Copiers, Printers or Faxes, in a networked environment. Strong PC skills will be looked upon favourably.

Business Development Manager - Government Accounts - Canberra

Konica Minolta Canberra Branch is seeking to fill the newly created position of Business Development Manager- Government Accounts. Reporting to the State Manager, this role will be responsible for the development of new business within the Federal Government vertical.

In consultation with key stakeholders, your primary responsibilities are:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans & and action plans for Government Accounts
  • Identify and develop multi-level relationships
  • Increase all revenue streams within existing Accounts
  • Establish Konica Minolta as preferred supplier
  • Create forecasts and work proactively with Sales Manager Bid Team to maximise new opportunities
  • Develop focused business development activities, measuring their effectiveness and ROI
  • Work within a team environment to support other Account Managers while they are away

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise the following:

  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience, ideally to government organisations in the MFD or associated industries
  • Strong BDM focus with an ability to develop strategic plans
  • Ability to write and execute business plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent demonstration and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM applications
  • Exposure to Sales Training Methodologies (Spin, Strategic Selling as an example)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
