FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER - PRODUCTION PRINT GROUP

Following recent growth in the Production Print Group market, Konica Minolta Sydney Branch is currently looking to employ a Service Engineer.

We are seeking enthusiastic team players who will provide service to our expanding Production Print Group customer base.  Experience in the Production environment is not essential but would be looked upon favorably.

As a member of these Service teams, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on site corrective and preventative maintenance on customer equipment.  Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for these roles.

A keen desire to learn and apply new skills will be encouraged in the Konica Minolta environment that fosters continuous employee development.

Experience in equipment service is essential, preferably in the service of colour copiers and / or printers, in a networked environment.  Applicants must possess a mechanical / electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In addition, it is necessary that candidates have an understanding of networking, concepts of printing, printer languages, desktop publishing applications, colour management and ICC based workflows.

An ability to work outside normal business hours is essential.

 

FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Konica Minolta Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth Branches are currently looking to fill the vacancy of Field Service Engineer.

As a member of these teams, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on site corrective and preventative maintenance on customer's equipment. A strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive, outgoing attitude are essential attributes for this position.

With a focus on self-directed work teams, Service Engineers have the ability to develop more effective working relationships within their own team and customer base. This has proved a benefit to our customers in providing a faster more reliable service and our Engineers are empowered with the opportunity to further improve their skills through product and technical training.

Experience in the industry is essential, preferably in the service of Copiers, Printers or Faxes, in a networked colour/black and white environment. It will be looked upon favourably if applicants possess one or more of the following attributes; PC or IT qualification or Technical Colour Printing experience.

  

ACCOUNT MANAGER - PRODUCTION PRINT GROUP

Konica Minolta Melbourne Branch is currently looking to fill the vacancy of Account Manager, Production Print Group (PPG).

We are seeking a keen, hard-working, experienced person to join our PPG team in the capacity of Account Manager - Government, Advertising and Major Accounts.  This role is based out of our Melbourne office in Southbank.

Reporting to the PPG Sales Manager, the position is responsible for the development of current and new business in the Production Print market, Government, Advertising and Major Account arena.

Accordingly, applicants must possess:

  • A proven successful sales background in either Major Accounts or Government (preferably in the Office Document or related industry)
  • Demonstrable background in building and developing professional business relationships along with a strong consultative sales approach
  • Complex solutions selling experience
  • A strong understanding of the Production Print market
  • An ability to configure and present professional presentations and demonstrate on demand

Consequently, the successful candidate will be highly motivated to work closely with clients to satisfy their solution needs, be mature in approach, well organised and confident.

Effective communication skills and a proactive approach are essential attributes for this role.

 

CREDIT OFFICER

Konica Minolta Head Office is currently seeking a highly organised, professional person to fill the role of Credit Officer in our National Finance and Administration Department.

Reporting to the Team Leader - Credit, the primary responsibilities for the position include:

  • Maintenance of customer accounts to include; telephone collections, reconciliations, processing of claims for refund/credit.
  • Process new account applications.
  • Contact with various internal departments to advise of accounts on hold.
  • Preparation of files to be referred for legal action.
  • Reduction of aged debt and DSO
  • Preparation of weekly reports for Team Leader and National Credit Manager.

The role looks after the major accounts and to be successful applicants must have:

  • Strong reconciliations skills
  • The ability to negotiate and liaise with individuals on all levels
  • Solid credit and accounts receivable experience in a similar position - ideally at least 5 years experience.
  • SAP experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills

The work will be high volume with set monthly targets so accuracy, professionalism, the ability to show initiative nd work in a team, are essential attributes along with an efficient and organised approach.

 BUSINESS SYSTEMS SUPPORT OFFICER

Konica Minolta is looking to fill the position of Business Systems Support Officer based in the Head Office at Macquarie Park.

Reporting to the National Service Programs Manager, this role is responsible for providing first level support for the SAP and associated "bolt-on" systems for Service related issues. With a large emphasis on system development, this role would ideally suit someone with a strong SAP background and a keen interest in Business Improvement.

In addition, the successful applicant will:

  • Provide day to day operational support to Field Service Engineers ensuring smooth movement of calls through the various systems
  • Look for opportunities to optimise systems to enhance business processes and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with IT team to evaluate and develop systems to changes including the coordination of UAT
  • Develop suitable SAP user training materials, and facilitate SAP user training
  • Integrate technology projects into both business processes and SAP system
  • Customise and maintain Service Reporting ensuring data integrity is maintained

It is essential that applicants have an in-depth understanding of SAP, preferably CRM, and are competent at developing Business Intelligence reports. You must have superior communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain working relationships with all levels of staff.

Those with exposure to project management methodologies, and/or experience supporting mobile field applications will be highly regarded.

SALES SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR

South Australia Branch is currently looking to fill the position of Sales Support Coordinator. We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic person who will provide support to the Sales Team.

Reporting  to the State Manager, the primary responsibilities of the role include:

  • Efficient answering and distribution of sales team telephone calls, messages and mail, as well as providing back up support for reception duties as required.
  • Secretarial support to the Sales Team, including the production of local tender documentation and overall support for sales proposal development
  • Administrative support to the State Manager in the organisation of client entertainment and relationship building activities to include, preparation of an annual events calendar, event invitations and follow up, direct mail campaigns and other business generation activities
  • Administer and assist with the development of the SAP Sales & Marketing CRM system, providing usage and training support to the sales team
  • Control and replenishment of stationary, business cards, brochures and all marketing materials.

The successful applicant will have experience in supporting a busy sales team, have a professional manner, be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and be more proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Databases. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential attributes for this role
