Printer Trade-In Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is valid between 10th January to 15th March 2011 (inclusive) (Promotion Period).
2. This offer is open to approved companies registered within Australia and Australian residents (Eligible Purchaser), who trade in their old printer (Trade-In Product) (any brand accepted) and purchase a new Konica Minolta magicolor 1690MF, magicolor 4695MF, magicolor 7450II, magicolor 8650DN or pagepro 5650EN (Eligible Product) through an approved Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Promoter) reseller throughout the Promotion Period.
3. To qualify for the promotion, the Eligible Purchaser must complete a claim form online at www.konicaminolta.com.au/trade-in. Confirmation of eligibility will be sent to the email address supplied within 30 working days.
4. This promotion is not open to Government and Konica Minolta specified major or contract account customers.
5. The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer.
6. Each Eligible Purchaser will receive either one CMY toner pack OR one black toner pack (Gift), that corresponds with the Eligible Product purchased within the Promotion Period.
7. The retail value of each gift is as follows;
a. magicolor 1690MF: CMY toner pack RRP $324 or black toner pack RRP $216
b. magicolor 4695MF: CMY toner pack RRP $716 or black toner pack RRP $519
c. magicolor 7450II: CMY toner pack RRP $1,104 or black toner pack RRP $834
d. magicolor 8650DN: CMY toner pack RRP $1,575 or black toner pack RRP $945
e. pagepro 5650EN: black toner pack only RRP $344
8. The value of the Gift is accurate at the commencement date of the promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Gift after that date. The Gift cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
9. The Eligible Purchaser will be contacted by the Promoter to arrange collection of the old printer (Trade-In Product) for recycling within 10 working days of the confirmation of the online claim.
10. The Gift will be delivered to the same address as the printer or multifunctional device (Eligible Product) within 30 days of collection of the Trade-In Product.
11. Once the old printer (Trade-In Product) has left the Eligible Purchaser, the Promoter has full rights over it and it cannot be reclaimed.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of accepting the Gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. This offer is not available to Resellers and/or their employees.
