Production Print Program
When you purchase a Konica Minolta colour digital press*, every colour impression you make earns you reward points.
The more colour impressions you make, the more points you earn. You can then use the reward points to generate cash discounts against the purchase price of any Konica Minolta digital press.
All you have to do is focus on what you do best – print.
How the program works for your business
The reward points are accrued in an account for you, and we’ll send out quarterly statements so that you will always know how much you have to spend.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the Production Print Program (PPP). Participation in the PPP is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
1. A person (body corporate, government entity or individual) is eligible to participate in the PPP (Eligible Participant) only if that person:
(a) is a direct customer of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (Konica Minolta) or a customer of an authorised Konica Minolta dealer who holds a national account with Konica Minolta; and
(b) has purchased, rented or leased a C6500, C6501, C5500, C5501,C7000, C6000, C65hc or C70hc machine from Konica Minolta (the Product); and
(c) has had the Product continuously maintained pursuant to a Konica Minolta service agreement (the Service Agreement) from the date of its installation.
Reward Points
2. An Eligible Participant will earn one reward point for every A3 or A4 colour page printed using the Product on or after the date of installation of the relevant Product.
3. Reward points cannot be earned on black and white pages or credited test pages printed using the Product.
4. One Reward Point is equal in value to $0.005.
5. Reward points are non transferable.
6. An Eligible Participant may only redeem reward points to generate a discount of equal value against the purchase price of any Konica Minolta hardware (excluding, without limitation, all software and services).
7. Unredeemed reward points will be forfeited if:
(a) the Product is returned to Konica Minolta or otherwise disposed of;
(b) Konica Minolta refunds the person with a refund of all or part of the purchase price of the Product;
(c) more than three (3) months has elapsed after the Service Agreement for the Product expires; or
(d) Konica Minolta terminates the Service Agreement.
8. Reward points cannot be redeemed by an Eligible Participant if at the time of redemption the Eligible Participant’s trading account with Konica Minolta is in arrears.
Authorised Representative
9. Each Eligible Participant must name and appoint an individual (Authorised Representative) to represent it and to carry out all activities for and on behalf of the Eligible Participant under the PPP. All communication and correspondence under the PPP will be directed only to the Authorised Representative. Once Konica Minolta has been provided with the Authorised Representative’s name and any other particulars that Konica Minolta may reasonably require, Konica Minolta is entitled to assume (unless otherwise advised in writing by the Eligible Participant) that the Authorised Representative has the authority to act for the Eligible Participant in relation to all matters connected with the PPP.
10. Eligible Participants must keep a current address including email, fax and phone to ensure that all PPP communications are being sent to the proper address. An Eligible Participant must notify Konica Minolta immediately of any change of Authorised Representative or contact address including email, fax and phone by giving written notice of such changes.
11. Personal information provided by Eligible Participants or Authorised Representatives for the PPP will be used by Konica Minolta for administering the PPP and Eligible Participants hereby consent to such use.
General
12. Konica Minolta reserves the right to cancel or suspend the PPP or revise these terms and conditions at any time without notice and without having to give any reasons for doing so.
13. Konica Minolta may (but shall not be obliged to) give advance notice to Eligible Participants in the manner it deems appropriate in the event it decides to cancel or suspend the PPP or revise these terms and conditions.
14. No redemption of reward points will take place after the date that the PPP has been cancelled or suspended.
15. Konica Minolta’s failure to enforce a particular term or condition does not constitute a waiver of that term or condition by Konica Minolta.
16. Konica Minolta assumes no responsibility for any claims, losses, costs, expenses or damages of whatever nature resulting from the redemption of reward points or this PPP.
17. If in Konica Minolta’s opinion, an Eligible Participant abuses any of the PPP’s privileges, fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions, engages in fraud or makes any misrepresentation to Konica Minolta, Konica Minolta reserves the right to immediately terminate the Eligible Participant’s participation in the PPP and revoke all the reward points that have been earned by the Eligible Participant. Konica Minolta’s opinion will be final and conclusive.
18. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the PPP or reward points accrual or redemption of reward points will be determined by Konica Minolta at its sole and absolute discretion.
19. Konica Minolta’s decision on all matters pertaining to the PPP is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Disclaimers
20. Konica Minolta, its employees, contractors and agents do not warrant or represent (either directly or indirectly) that participation in the PPP, PPP materials, contentsand/or information contained in those PPP materials will be error-free.
21. Eligible Participants understand and agree that Konica Minolta,its employees, contractors and agent(s) will not be liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for:
(a) any losses, costs and damages resulting from the Eligible Participant’s enrolment in the PPP, use of the PPP and redemption of the reward points; or
(b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses in connection with any Eligible Participant’s participation in the PPP and/or its redemption and use of reward points.
22. Notices to Eligible Participants may be made via either email, fax or by post.
23. The terms and conditions set out above will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable within the State of New South Wales, Australia.
