Konica Minolta’s partnership with BEAR solutions delivers a network cost management tool which offers unparalleled control over user access, monitoring and costs of printing, copying, faxing and scanning.

CMS/IP (Cost Management System / running over Internet Protocol) is a powerful cost, access, and job management tool. It is modular in design and can be customised to suit almost any organisational environment.

BEAR solutions PIN and card access terminals seamlessly integrate with Konica Minolta’s bizhub range, while the Print Anyware solution can be used to release prints to any network printer. Once users have authenticated themselves they can use simple commands to manage their print jobs.
