SD-506 Saddle stitch binding unit for books of up to 50 sheets

Saddle stitching up to 50 sheets with the SD-506 Saddle Stitcher allows users to bind books of up to 200 pages. Saddle stitching also reduces paper displacement during binding and improves the strength and accuracy of two- and three-sheet folding. Double two-fold and threefold functions and a face trimming function that produces a stunning finish are also included. Post-processing functions, such as bookbinding, are now more efficient than ever.

FS-521 Staple finisher handling up to 100 sheets

By attaching the FS-521 Staple Finisher, up to 100 sheets can be stapled automatically in one of two ways: corner stapling and two-point stapling to save valuable time and labour costs. Page-based staple setting is possible for single jobs.

LS-505 Large Capacity 5,000 Sheet Stacker

The LS-505 Stacker with dolly can handle up to 5,000 sheets. Using two stackers in tandem, up to 10,000 sheets are always at the ready. After paper is delivered from the system, it can be carried to the next process as is with the dolly. This paper delivery capacity significantly improves work efficiency.

FD-503 Multi-fold hole punching unit with 6 different folds

With gate-fold processing—the first of its kind in an inline system various folding functions are possible, including letter fold-in/out and double-parallel/Z-fold. Hole punching and sheet inserter*3 functions are also available. Twin hole punching can be made on the left side of the page or at the top.
