Konica Minolta Completes Acquisitions of two Leading IT Services Companies

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia (Konica Minolta), a market leading provider of integrated solutions and managed services today announced it has acquired Knowledge Partners and Stonebridge Systems, two leading IT services organisations specialising in Enterprise Content Management and Digital solutions.

Konica Minolta will broaden the scope of its integrated print and content management solutions with the acquisition of both Knowledge Partners and Stonebridge Systems, consistent with our global philosophy of “Creating New Value”.
