Konica Minolta has proudly partnered with Cartridges 4 Planet Ark for the past 15 years and we’ve just recycled our two millionth cartridge. That's right; out of more than 38 million cartridges recycled by the Planet Ark program, Konica Minolta has contributed two million.
Cartridges 4 Planet Ark gives Australians a free, easy, and environmentally-accredited way to recycle used printer cartridges.
It’s important to have a safe and reliable way to recycle these materials because they can’t just be thrown in any old recycling bin. They contain plastics, metal, inks, and toners that can actually be recycled into new print cartridges. Throwing them into landfill wastes these resources.
The program aims to recycle 41 million cartridges by March 2019 and it’s well on its way. With your help, we can hit or even exceed that target. Just bring your used printer cartridges to a Konica Minolta office and deposit it in the Cartridges 4 Planet Ark box.
