Konica Minolta Australia announces new strategic partnership with ELO Digital Office

04 Apr 2022

Sydney, Australia, 4 April 2022 - Konica Minolta Australia and ELO Digital Office have announced a new strategic partnership that will help Australian organisations improve business processes and build digital resilience in information management.

The partnership combines Konica Minolta’s expertise in information management with ELO Digital Office’s powerful enterprise content management (ECM) technology that includes Data Capture, Business Process Automation, and Document and Records Management.

With remote and hybrid workforces now a part of the new modern workplace, a growing number of Australian businesses are failing to act in accordance with regulations and internal policies. This potentially exposes them to legal liabilities, financial loss, and data breaches.

Cynthia Lush, general manager – solutions sales, Konica Minolta, said, “The new partnership with ELO Digital Office is an exciting addition to Konica Minolta’s information management product suite, expanding its capabilities to include records management. As information protection and increasing data risk become an urgent priority for businesses, ELO Digital Office’s technology capabilities let organisations become more efficient, productive, and compliant with both federal and state regulations, all in one solution.”

Konica Minolta delivers effective information management solutions and services, supporting customers through consulting, digital readiness assessment, implementation, and change management.

Rainer Krause, managing director – Australia and New Zealand, ELO Digital Office, said, “Having Konica Minolta as a certified business partner adds significant capabilities to the global ELO partner network. Following a very successful partnership in Europe, it was an easy decision to welcome Konica Minolta Australia to ELO Digital Office’s local partner network.

“ELO Digital Office delivers a compliant electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) to Konica Minolta, which encompasses entire business process improvements. Konica Minolta’s current customers and future prospects will benefit from the cost effective and highly scalable solutions that will be offered.”
