Konica Minolta appoints Melissa Dempsey as the chief marketing officer supporting brand transformation in Australia and New Zealand

February 6th 2024: Konica Minolta Australia and New Zealand strengthened their market position with the appointment of Melissa Dempsey as chief marketing officer.


Melissa will bolster the company's CX-led transformation, focusing on reinforcing Konica Minolta's print and imaging technology leadership while establishing its reputation as a reliable partner for managed IT services.

With over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, Melissa has led high-performing teams in complex, multinational organizations like NortonLifeLock and Symantec from Sydney.

Melissa has acquired a set of skills to manage business innovation and digital transformation. This includes launching new product portfolios and go-to-market strategies, introducing new brand and product campaigns, as well as leading critical projects to drive people, process, and behavioural changes within an organisation. Her vast experience in the cybersecurity sector has also given her a unique insight into the challenges faced by modern businesses and the significance of building trust.
