Kick Off FY2026 is where we accelerate into the year ahead.

As we take the momentum from last year’s Peak Performance and push forward with purpose. This year is about acceleration – sharpening our vision, increasing our velocity, and celebrating victory together. Over two dynamic days, we’ll explore strategies that drive growth, foster innovation, and strengthen collaboration.

Venue

This year, Kick Off is delivered at one premium location – Pier One Sydney, chosen to minimise travel time and maximise meaningful connection. Set on Sydney Harbour, Pier One provides an inspiring environment for focused strategy, collaboration and conversation.

Dress

Business attire during the day and cocktail for the awards dinner.

Key Travel Information

• Interstate attendees will arrive in Sydney on Wednesday 22nd April between 8.00am and 8.30am, with transfers directly to the hotel for a 9.30am start.
• Perth-based staff will arrive early evening the day prior.
• The event concludes at 4.00pm on Thursday 23rd April, with return flights booked from 5.30pm onwards.
• Any travel exceptions require approval from state or division managers and Dean.
• Please complete the Registration form ASAP to secure your ticket.
