His work spans records management, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. Currently completing his Doctorate at UTS, Giovanni’s research focuses on the information practices with a unique lens on how organisations engage with complex information environments.

Jag Kakarlapudi, Senior Solution Architect

Jag brings deep, practical experience in information management, shaped by more than two decades of designing and delivering technology-led systems for schools and organisations across Australia. His work is grounded in a strong understanding of how people, data, and platforms need to come together to support real-world outcomes, particularly in complex and highly regulated environments. In his role as Senior Solution Architect at Konica Minolta Australia, Jag partners closely with education leaders and enterprise teams to guide them through digital transformation with confidence.
