How do I check my order status?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number. When the order is dispatched, you will get a tracking number from our shipping partners.

What regions do you ship to?

How do I return my order?

Returned goods cannot be accepted without a copy of the invoice for the returned good and must be made within 30 days from the issue date. When posting goods back to us, please include a copy of your invoice. Please read the Return policy for further information.

How long would it take for my order to arrive?

Your order is generally dispatched and delivered in 5 – 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have not received your order after 10 business day, you can lodge a support ticket. Please do not lodge unless it has been that duration of time.

Note: Due to COVID-19 and staff shortages, you may experience delivery delays of an additional 1- 3 business days.
