Shipping is only in Australia (excludes Northern Territory). 

Please note: If your shipping details are outside Metropolitan areas upon purchase, you will be contacted by one of our staff. Read our Shipping policy for more information.

Your order is generally dispatched and delivered in 5 – 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have not received your order after 10 business day, you can lodge a support ticket. Please do not lodge unless it has been that duration of time.

Note: Due to COVID-19 and staff shortages, you may experience delivery delays of an additional 1- 3 business days.

Returned goods cannot be accepted without a copy of the invoice for the returned good and must be made within 30 days from the issue date. When posting goods back to us, please include a copy of your invoice. Please read the Return policy for further information.

For 3D printer purchases, you will receive email with set-up guide and instructions to help you get started.

The Onyx One and Onyx Pro is supported by Markforged Eiger, a cloud-based 3D printing software.  This comes with the 3D printer and does not need to be purchased separately.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number. When the order is dispatched, you will get a tracking number from our shipping partners.
