Billing is accurate from the outset, removing the need for manual meter reads and cutting down on the accounting processes and reconciliations that typically come with managing a print fleet.

OneRate Offer Terms and Conditions
OneRate is available only on selected Konica Minolta machines.
OneRate fees are based on the average usage of the selected model across Konica Minolta’s customers. Fees may increase annually where the number of prints exceeds this average usage. For more information see our standard Terms and Conditions at: https://www.konicaminolta.com.au/service-terms
OneRate is subject to obtaining finance approval through Konica Minolta Payment Solutions
Available for 36/48/60-month contracts only.
OneRate is open to approved new & existing metropolitan customers that are companies registered in Australia (Eligible Customers), for businesses located in Australia.
OneRate is not available:
- to employees, contractors, agents and their immediate family members of the Promoter;
- in conjunction with any other special, discount or offer (unless otherwise stated);
- on refurbished or demonstration models or any devices or other equipment that are not eligible printers;
- on professional and training services or services not directly associated with the service and maintenance of Eligible Models; or
OneRate is not available via Konica Minolta Authorised Dealers and Authorised Resellers.
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Eligible Customer who the Promoter reasonably believes has breached these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct.
The terms and conditions of the Promotion are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Promoter. Any changes will only apply to Eligible Customers who have not entered into binding agreements for OneRate with the Promoter.
