Auto Quality Adjustment
Auto Quality Adjustment is one of our unique functions of the Intelligent Quality Optimisation Unit IQ-501/IQ-601. The IQ unit scans and measures the quality confirmation charts printed from the AccurioPress print engine and AQA automatically performs self-diagnosis, correction, and repair of the Image Quality, creating increased production time, reducing print wastage and enabling less skilled operation.
Additionally, Auto Quality Adjustment enables our service and support team to proactively understand possible issues as image reports generated by AQA are able available for the team to analyse and identify what parts are required to facilitate an image quality repair.
